Life at Bata

I've been at The Bata Shoe Museum for three days now and I must say I'm enjoying it very much. I never though I'd learn so much in three days. On Friday I will give my first guided tour. I'm nervous but I'm sure the 3-5 year olds won't judge me too much. I was also assigned a great project to work on while I'm there. I will be producing ESL programs for visiting schools.

Sushi on Bloor

I went out of Friday night for some sushi and to say farewell to some great people from OISE. I loved the sushi and the Asahi was great. I can't believe my time at OISE is over. Oh well, time for a new challenge. Bring on The Bata Shoe Museum!

First Entry

Welcome to my blog. The purpose of this blog is to detail my experience teaching in Malaysia. I am currently living in Toronto, Canada. I have just finished my course work at OISE/UT. I will begin a one month internship at The Bata Shoe Museum on Monday. I set sail for Malaysia on June 26th.
